About Chandigarh University
Chandigarh University was established in 2012 by the Punjab State Legislature. It is a private university recognised by UGC. Located in Mohali, Punjab, the university is also accredited by the NAAC with an ‘A+’ grade. Chandigarh University has also received approvals from AICTE, BCI, PCI, NCTE, AIU, COA, CSI and NCHMCT. Chandigarh University Ranking 2024 by QS Asia University Rankings placed it in the 1st position among all private universities in India. The overall Asia rank is 149. The university courses are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels in more than 200 subjects through its 18 departments. Chandigarh University Application Process 2024
Admission to the majority of the courses offered at the university is entrance-based. For some courses, like, B.Pharm, BA LLB, LLM, and, B.Sc, candidates also need to appear for counselling. The step-by-step Chandigarh University application process for 2024 is mentioned below:
- Step 1: Go to the official website of the university which is cuchd.in
- Step 2: Register yourself as a fresh applicant by entering the required details and making the registration payment of Rs 1,000. For offline registration, the admission brochure can be obtained from the university office by paying Rs 1,000.
- Step 3: A confirmation email will be sent to candidates once they are successfully registered with the university. Fill out the Chandigarh University admission form 2024 and select a date for the CUCET test.
